Network Operations
Vocatech's managed network operates the largest platform in the United States; they have developed systems and processes and invested millions of dollars to ensure an end-to-end reliable and redundant network that is optimized to enable the highest-quality voice traffic.
Network Topology
The network begins with high quality certified phones and devices. We complete a full network assessment prior to installing any service and install a VOIP Quality Assurance Device during the professional installation. Vocatech supports connections to the Public Internet. The VoIP Quality Assurance Device prioritizes voice over data ensuring high quality connections over the Public Internet. The network includes secure and diverse IP connections, geographically diverse and redundant feature servers, Real-time replication and failover, as well as 24x7 monitoring and support. Last, but not least, to complete a phone call, Vocatech's network connects to over 1,200 gateways to and from the PSTN with multiple routes and carriers in place.
Network Security
